HISTORY

Established in 1953 by Morton and Carol Tiley, DBA Morton Pump & Supply, the company’s projects included 2” wells, pumps and irrigation systems. The water well industry began to grow, and of course, Morton Pump &Supply grew with it. With the purchase of large cable tool rigs, our firm was able to acquire production well, large irrigation well and pump projects.

Mark C. Tiley, son of Morton and Carol, began working for Morton Pump in 1967. Since then, he has earned 36 years of field experience, as well as, established his reputation as a driller, project supervisor and an estimator.

In 1987, the company incorporated and began a new era. Mark took over the family business as his father Morton retired. As time progressed, new technology brought new projects. Modern equipment gave us the capability to drill and work on deep Floridan Aquifer wells, and to handle injection well maintenance, as well as large pumping systems.

In the 50 years that Morton Pump & Drilling, Inc. has been in business, we have grown tremendously in capability, equipment and technology. Even so, we are proudly still a family owned and operated company that stands behind the quality of their work and the integrity of their word.
